7 Quick Takes

1.  We're back from a lovely beach trip to the OBX.  (I might be a bit biased, but this house is an awesome rental just a short walk from the beach!)

2.  My new favorite obsession, I mean board game, is Ticket to Ride.

3.  I am finally finishing Wicked.  I was really enjoying it last summer, but once the morning sickness hit I couldn't read more than a paragraph or two without getting sick.  I have quite a backlog of books that I want to read!

4.  Catherine loves wearing my Flexi Clip as much as I do.  (I won mine, but you can buy your own.)

5.  I just purchased some cable stitch holders on Ebay that come from China.  They are just so much cheaper than what I've seen in all the craft stores!  I think that they are the exact same product, I'm just cutting out the middle man.  Although, I do have to wait two to three weeks for shipping.

6.  I'm still a fan of Reading Eggs, and Catherine still loves it, so I wanted to share with you that they are currently running a special.  If you're interested in purchasing the program, now would be a good time to check it out!

7.  I'm so happy that it's pool season again!
