I haven't made a whole lot of progress on Catherine's Poncho/Cape (I just can't decide which it is!), much to her dismay. I got distracted by other projects. (Yes, I have crafting ADD.)
My Purple Ribbed Cowl is finally coming along nicely. Seriously, it looks a lot better in person. I simply can't photograph this yarn well while indoors. I am undecided how tall the cowl should be. I am thinking just a couple more inches then I just have to cast off! In your opinion, what is the perfect sized cowl?
I did whip up this cute crocheted headwarp this week. (Read all about it here.) I look rather strange without my glasses, don't I? I do have a favor to ask, if you like my headwrap, could you like this Facebook post?
What crochet and/or knitting projects have you been working on this week?
I will be sharing this post at the following:

Your snowy cowl looks lovely and appears to be just about the perfect size now!
ReplyDeleteI have no clue on the size of cowls. There are so many varied opinions and patterns! I typically just knit until I think it looks right - whatever that is. But, mainly mine tend to be about 6 inches I guess. I haven't knit any of those very large wrap around ones. I usually want mine to double as a sort of hat. Pretty colors you are working with!
ReplyDeleteThe snowy cowl looks absolutely gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteYour WIPs are looking great :-)
ReplyDeletePretty cowl! I never know about cowls, I don't like mine too tight or bulky so I would probably stop right where you are!
ReplyDeleteAs long as the cowl can reach up to my chin I'm happy. The longer the better. Probably because it's been so darn cold I want everything covered!
ReplyDeleteGreat headwrap and pretty cowl.
ReplyDeleteI love wearing cowls, so toasty without the bulk. Yours is lovely :)
ReplyDeleteI like long cowls to hide my old neck. You? You can get away with anything.
ReplyDeleteI like mine a little longer cuz I scrunch them. And I'm going for warmth as much as look!!
ReplyDeleteYours has that very cozy look!
