Blueberry Ice Cream Topping
This was one of those "I'll throw it together and see what happens" recipes. I think that it turned out fairly well. Personally, I would have preferred it to be a little bit sweeter, but my hubby liked it just as it was.
1 cup of blueberries
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of sugar
Cook over low heat for about 10-15 minutes.

That looks really yummy! I'd probably crumble some graham crackers on top, and pretend it was a cheesecake.
